Alternatively, why not listen via iTunes, Stitcher Radio or any podcast catching place!

Coming up on todays show, Michelle and Jayne chat through a range of Disney topics. For your benefit, we have sumarised some of these below.

Swan and Dolphin Hotels
As mentioned in our On This Week In Disney History Segment, The Swan and Dolphin hotels opened in 1990. On the show, we share a very short version of the back story for this Walt Disney World set of hotels. As Michelle has personal experience of staying here, if you would like to find out more - please drop us a message.

Solo: A Star Wars Story
Both of us has now seen the much anticipated film and as usual you will not get any spoilers from us! However, what we will say is that the cast did a fabulous job as the acting was top notch. Sadly, Michelle kept her movie going sleep fest going and nodded off after a mere 47 minutes!

Incredible Summer Promotion
This Summer sees the eagerly anticipated Incredibles 2 being released in the cinema, Disney is rolling out a range of fun meets and things to do in theme parks. For us, a highlight surely will be the meet and greet!
Super Stretch Burger
Crepe Sundae
To find out more... give the show a listen as we chat about some of the food offerings!

Steakhouse 55 Afternoon Tea
There is a new themed tea offered at the Disneyland Hotel. Does the picture give you a clue? Yes that is right - it is a Pixar themed tea for $55. Are you going to go? Please let us know your thoughts!

Thats about it for these show notes - dont forget to give us a listen too!

Disney Dream Girls 208 - Trio of Disney Theme Parks

Welcome to the show notes for the Disney Dream Girls Podcast, show number 208 for Sunday 6th May 2018. If you want to listen, whilst you read these notes, all you have to do is press the green triangle on the audio player below. Alternatively, why not listen via iTunes, Sticher Radio or any podcast catching place!

Coming up on this weeks podcast, we have this week in Disney news, top planning tips for a Disney Trip (mainly focussing on Walt Disney World), a review of everything you need to know about Pixar Fest in the Disneyland Resort and finishing the show with Fan Daze Disneyland Paris chat.

Pixar Fest
Our good friend Tommy Allison (from the Disgeek and Cruise Dudes podcasts) joins Michelle to talk through Pixar Fest.

Both parks at the Disneyland Resort are beautifully and subtely dressed in the red, yellow and blue Pixar colours.
Disneyland is hosting the Pixar Play Parade, which has let go the Anna and Elsa float and replaced it with new Pixar floats. In addition, there is a new firework show with amazing projections to enjoy being shown on to the buildings of Main Street.
Food and drink features heavily in the offerings with new sipper cups and popcorn buckets as well as lots of themed food.
Tommy highly recommends Carnation Cafe to try their 'TV Dinner'.
Meanwhile over in Disney California Adventure, the park has an amazing meet and greet that I am sure everyone will want to get!
Again, there are themed foods and drinks and this week saw the introduction of what is an amazing soft serve, which Tommy says is going to be as big as the Dole Whip! The Pixar Pier speciality parfait has the right amount of tart and sweet to make this a very refreshing snack.

We cover lots more on the podcast so why not give it a listen and if you want to share your pictures or comments why not visit and chat with us on Facebook.

Disney Dream Girls 206 - A Mix Bag of Disney Theme Park Chat

Welcome to the show notes for the Disney Dream Girls Podcast, show number 206 for Sunday 22nd April 2018. If you want to listen, whilst you read these notes, all you have to do is press the green triangle on the audio player below.
Today sees the birthday of Animal Kingdom - can you believe it is 20 years young?

For us both, this park gives us upclose experiences with animals we would not normally come across and has a fabulous mix of entertainment and education. Over the years of visiting Animal Kingdom, we both have so many special memories and it is fabulous to see it grow having the addition of a new land. We hope this continues! Why not share yours with us?
On this weeks show, we discuss an array of Disney news items that caught our eye and one of the most delicious was the Disneyland announcement of a doughnut themed to the much beloved Dole Whip. The crowds love it and daily wait in lines of around 30 minutes to take a bite of this $6 snack.

So what makes it so special? It is a regular doughnut filled with pineapple filling, with a pineapple icing topped with toasted marshmallow. For decoration, it is crowned with a paper cocktail umberella. Those who have been fortunate enough to try do say it is an incredibly sweet treat but a delicious one at that. If you haven't tried it, well your luck is currently out as I believe it wont be back out for a few days.

Popcorn bucket and sipper cup frenzy has also hit Disneyland with Pixar Fest seeing the release of a Sulley bucket and Mike sipper. Our lovely friend Tommy Allison (from the Dis Geek Podcast and The Cruise Dudes) kindly picked up a bucket for Michelle.

We also review the Paint The Night dinner package you can get via a reservation at the Carthay Circle Restaurant. for $99 you can sample a four course menu and have a seated view of the parade.

We then move on to answering an array of listener questions - from which Adventures by Disney trip we would take to which park we would visit next and lots more!

We hope you will take time out to listen then get in touch with your thoughts... as usual you can find us:
